Der Atlas der Abenteuer

The most remote corners of the world are suddenly very close.

Once you open this atlas, you won't put it aside any longer. At the moment you are on a journey of discovery. The Atlas of Adventure takes children to 30 destinations on seven continents, from the penguins in Antarctica to the Carnival in Rio or on a gondolier ride through Venice.

The Atlas of Adventures by Lucy Letherland was voted Knowledge Book of the Year 2015 in the category "Perspective - The best non-fiction book for young readers". A jury of 11 independent science journalists and the Bild der Wissenschaft readers have selected the current books in 6 categories that report on topics from science and research in a particularly competent, understandable and entertaining manner.
