After notification is made, make sure the product is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in perfect condition with its original packaging and tags.
Custom made textiles, beddings, earrings, items on sale and vintage products cannot be returned. For hygienic reasons sealed goods can only be returned the seals are still intact.
